Ray Chapman’s Bat

Pictured is one of only two known game-used bats of Ray Chapman, the Cleveland Indians shortstop who was tragically hit and killed by a pitch on August 16, 1920. Ray was a leader on the Indians during his 12-year career (1912-1920) hitting over .300 four times.
