Len Barker's Perfect Game

On May 15, 1981, pitcher Len Barker, of the Cleveland Indians, threw a perfect game – 27 batters up, 27 batters down – against the Toronto Blue Jays. It was the first major league perfect game since Catfish Hunter’s in 1968 against Minnesota and the 11th in baseball history (there are now 17 such games). Only 7290 people on that 47 degree night were there to witness history. When told that Addie Joss was the last Indians pitcher to throw a perfect game, way back on Oct. 2, 1908, Barker joked, "I didn't see that one.”

Here are the lineup cards from that rare Perfect Game of Blue Jays, the Indians and the Official Scorer's, all signed by Len Barker.
